Each pair of pillars shares one of 30 Nayin, or "sound" elements. Ren Chen belongs to Long-Flowing Water, pictured as long-flowing water: steady movement over great distances. Nayin is an older layer of Chinese astrology and is read as a background image, not as your Day Master's element.

In BaZi the day branch is the spouse palace. For Ren Chen it holds the Dragon, which traditionally harmonises with the Rooster (six harmony) and the Monkey and Rat (three harmony), and clashes with the Dog.
The most harmonious day pillar for Ren Chen is Ding You (丁酉): its stem combines with yours and its branch forms a six-harmony pair (天合地合). The most challenging are Bing Xu (丙戌) and Wu Xu (戊戌): stem against stem and branch against branch (天克地冲). Other pillars in your chart matter more than this single pairing.
